Dhaka’s rooftop dining scene is heating up once again as TRIBE Rooftop Lounge at Platinum Grand, Banani, brings back its signature LIVE BBQ experience, starting November 4, 2026. Taking place every Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, the experience combines sizzling charcoal grills, freshly prepared specialties, and the vibrant atmosphere of Dhaka’s skyline.
This year’s expanded menu brings an exciting selection of seafood, premium grilled meats, flavorful kebabs, and chef-curated platters, offering guests a distinctive open-air dining experience.
Seafood lovers can explore Charcoal-Grilled Whole Vetki, Grilled Lobster, Tuna Fish BBQ, Whole Pomfret, King Prawn BBQ, and Fish BBQ Tacos. Each selection celebrates the rich aromas and flavors of live charcoal grilling.
For meat enthusiasts, the lineup features Moroccan Beef Kebabs with Cilantro Mint Sauce, Peri-Peri Chicken Grill BBQ, Teriyaki Shish Kebab, Black Pepper Beef Skewers, Chicken Souvlaki, Golden BBQ Chicken Wings, and Sizzling Kofta Kebab.
Adding to the experience, TRIBE introduces a Live Pasta Station featuring Seafood Spaghetti Marinara and Cheesy Chicken Pasta, alongside two specially assembled sharing options: the Chef’s Meat Plate and Chef’s Seafood Plate, featuring assorted grilled specialties, traditional breads, and accompanying sauces.
