Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport, an IHG Hotel, has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Tour Operators Association of Bangladesh (TOAB) to become the Platinum Sponsor of the 14th Bangladesh Travel & Tourism Fair (BTTF) 2026, the country’s largest international tourism expo.
The MoU signing ceremony was held on August 30, 2026, at Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport, bringing together representatives from both organizations to formalize a partnership aimed at supporting the growth and promotion of Bangladesh’s tourism and hospitality sectors.
The agreement was signed on behalf of Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport by Mr. Ashwani Nayar, Area General Manager, IHG Southwest Asia & Cluster General Manager, Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport and InterContinental Dhaka, along with Mr. Md. Nazrul Islam, Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport and InterContinental Dhaka Airport. Representing TOAB, the MoU was signed by Mr. Md. Abul Baset Babu, Director – Trade & Fair, and Mr. Md. Mizanur Rahaman, Director – Media & Public Relations.
