The festival will take place from 03 to 12 September 2026 at The Garden Kitchen, located on the 14th floor of Sheraton Dhaka in Banani.
Turkish cuisine experts Chef Rimoun Obaid and Chef Sait Dursun, together with Sheraton Dhaka’s local culinary talents, Chef Mahbubur Rashid Akhand and Chef Dulak Paul, will present an exceptional culinary journey showcasing Türkiye’s rich culinary heritage, authentic flavours and distinctive traditions.
Throughout the festival, guests will enjoy an extensive selection of Turkish delicacies, including Adana Kebab, Tavuk Kanat, Hünkar Beğendi, Tavuk Döner, Sebze Graten, Kuzu Pirzola, Tavuk Külbastı, Tas Kebabı, Dana Dalyan Köfte Püreli, Mantarlı Piliç Sote, Ali Paşa Pilavı, and many more signature dishes.
A key highlight of the festival will be the authentic Turkish kebab and grill selections, featuring a variety of grilled meats expertly prepared by the culinary team. Guests will experience the distinctive spices, traditional cooking techniques and rich flavours inspired by the bustling streets and celebrated kitchens of Istanbul.
In addition to its extensive selection of Turkish specialties, the buffet will feature a tempting variety of international favorites, including Irish Lamb Stew, Greek Lamb Shank, Mutton Nihari, Mutton Rogan Josh, and many more flavorful creations.
To complete the dining experience, dessert lovers can indulge in an impressive selection of Turkish and international sweet creations, including the signature Soğuk Baklava, Pistachio & Coconut Baklava, Turkish Rawani, Tulumba, live Teppanyaki Ice Cream, Moshabak, Arabian Medovik, Kunafa, Matcha Mousse Cake, and many more irresistible desserts.
