Marriott International and The Royal Group plan to open The Ritz-Carlton Phnom Penh in 2032, featuring a luxury hotel and branded residences in Cambodia’s capital.
Ritz-Carlton Phnom Penh will open in Cambodia in 2032, as Marriott International and The Royal Group introduce a new luxury hotel and branded residences project in the capital.
The project will feature The Ritz-Carlton, Phnom Penh, with 152 rooms and suites. It will also include The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Phnom Penh, with 119 branded residences.
Luxury development in central Phnom Penh
The project will stand on Norodom Boulevard in the Daun Penh district. It will form part of a mixed-use development that also includes a Grade A office tower.
Guests and residents will have direct access to major cultural and commercial attractions. These include the Central Market, the Royal Palace, and the National Museum of Cambodia. Moreover, Techo International Airport will be approximately 20 kilometres away.

Hotel facilities and meeting spaces
The Ritz-Carlton, Phnom Penh will offer 152 guest rooms and suites. The accommodation will provide views across Phnom Penh and the Mekong River.
The hotel will include an outdoor infinity pool, fitness centre and The Ritz-Carlton Spa. Guests will also have access to five restaurants and lounges, including a sky bar and a Club Lounge.

The property will also support meetings and events with around 1,700 square metres of conference and banqueting space. The facilities will include a grand ballroom for corporate events, conferences and weddings.
Branded residences expand luxury living options
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Phnom Penh will occupy levels 30 to 60 of the tower. The development will introduce Cambodia’s first ultra-luxury branded residences concept.

The residential collection will include two-, three- and four-bedroom residences. It will also feature four duplex residences and nine penthouses.
Residents will enjoy dedicated facilities, including a private arrival area, residents’ lounge and bar, library, co-working space, swimming pool, wellness facilities, children’s areas, private dining spaces, entertainment venues and a golf simulator.
Marriott and The Royal Group partnership
The Royal Group International, part of The Royal Group, will develop The Ritz-Carlton Phnom Penh project. The company is one of Cambodia’s strategic investment groups.
