Hotel Agrabad has promoted Rayhan Kaiser to the position of Residence Manager, recognising his outstanding contribution to the hotel’s operations and leadership over the years.
A graduate of the University of Gloucestershire, United Kingdom, Kaiser began his hospitality career at Hotel Agrabad as a Management Trainee before being appointed Assistant Housekeeper. He later joined the pre-opening team of Anantara Doha Island Resort & Residences in Qatar as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where he gained valuable international experience before returning to Hotel Agrabad.
Since rejoining the hotel, Kaiser has continued to progress through a series of key leadership roles. He was promoted to Executive Housekeeper in 2016 and Room Division Manager in 2022 before assuming the role of Residence Manager in July 2026.
Throughout his career, Kaiser has demonstrated strong operational expertise, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence. His latest promotion reflects Hotel Agrabad’s confidence in his ability to further strengthen the hotel’s operational performance and enhance the guest experience.
