Hotel Indigo Brussels City, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts portfolio and owned by the Pandox Group, has implemented a new digital guest communication system developed by VERTU Hospitality Group. The installation includes Vertu Interactive screens powered by the 365 SignTouch Digital Signageplatform, supporting the hotel’s efforts to enhance guest experience and event communication.
The deployment forms part of the property’s ongoing digital transformation strategy, aimed at improving operational efficiency and strengthening visual communication across guest-facing areas.
The Vertu Interactive solution enables the hotel to deliver dynamic, real-time content throughout meeting spaces and public areas. The platform supports a range of applications, including corporate branding, event personalisation and multimedia content, providing a flexible communication tool for hospitality operations.
The web-based SignTouch interface allows hotel teams to manage content centrally and update information instantly without requiring technical expertise. This functionality enables rapid adaptation of messaging for guests, events and corporate clients.
