Platinum Hotels by Sheltech is set to celebrate Pohela Boishakh 1433 with a specially curated Boishakhi buffet at its two Dhaka properties — Platinum Grand (Banani) and Platinum Residence (Uttara) — on April 14, 2026.
The menu brings together a wide selection of traditional Bengali dishes, including Padma Ilish (Bhaja and Shorisha), Dhakaiya tel koi, muri ghonto, and beef kala bhuna, along with a variety of bhorta, seasonal specialties, and classic accompaniments.
The experience begins with refreshing drinks such as aam porar shorbot, followed by a full-course spread that concludes with traditional desserts including zafrani jilapi and gurer payesh.
