The project, a joint venture with Origin Property PCL, will feature approximately 770 rooms on an 8,336 square metre site along Phahon Yothin Road, strategically located near Don Mueang International Airport and the Yaek Kor Por Aor BTS Station.

The Hotel101-Bangkok is expected to generate approximately $58 million (1.925 billion baht) in sales revenue upon completion in 2029. This expansion is part of Hotel101 Global’s strategy to introduce its globally standardised “condotel” business model to Southeast  Asia’s dynamic capital cities. The location offers excellent connectivity and access to Bangkok’s northern corridor, a key growth district known for its modern infrastructure and vibrant mix of commercial, residential, and  tourism developments.

Guests at Hotel101-Bangkok can expect 4-star amenities at affordable prices, including meeting spaces, a conference centre, modern rooms, and a range of facilities such as a swimming pool and gym. The development aims to cater to both business and leisure travellers with its proximity to major attractions like the Yaek Night Market and Chatuchak Market.

This project marks a significant milestone in Hotel101 Global’s international expansion, following the successful opening of Hotel101-Madrid earlier this year. The company aims to establish a presence in 100 countries with a vision of 1 million uniform Hotel101 rooms globally.
