Air Tahiti Nui and Air Tahiti have officially activated their codeshare agreement, allowing travellers to book international and inter-island flights on a single itinerary. Effective from 3 June 2026, this collaboration aims to enhance access to popular destinations such as Bora Bora in French Polynesia and Rarotonga in the Cook Islands.
The agreement enables Air Tahiti Nui to place its TN code on select inter-island flights operated by Air Tahiti, streamlining the travel process for visitors to The Islands of Tahiti. Passengers can now purchase a single ticket that includes an international flight with Air Tahiti Nui from Europe, the United States, Japan, or New Zealand, and a connecting inter-island flight with Air Tahiti.
This seamless booking process offers greater convenience and simplified connections, ensuring a smoother travel experience from departure to arrival. International flights will be aboard Air Tahiti Nui’s Boeing 787-9 Tahitian Dreamliner, whilst inter-island services will utilise Air Tahiti’s ATR 72 aircraft.
The activation of this codeshare agreement marks a significant milestone in strengthening the relationship between Air Tahiti Nui and Air Tahiti. It enhances connectivity throughout the South Pacific, making it easier for international travellers to explore the beauty and culture of The Islands of Tahiti and beyond.
