Indonesia Aero Summit 2026 will convene aviation leaders in Jakarta to address market outlook, infrastructure, sustainability, digital transformation, and training across Indonesia and the wider ASEAN aviation sector.

The third edition of Indonesia Aero Summit 2026 (IAS 2026) will take place in Jakarta on 8–9 July 2026, reaffirming its position as Indonesia’s largest international aviation conference. The event is supported by the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia and hosted by the Indonesian National Air Carriers Association (INACA).

Recognised as a landmark industry gathering, Indonesia Aero Summit 2026 aims to provide a structured platform for dialogue on the most critical challenges and opportunities facing aviation in Indonesia and the wider ASEAN region. The summit will bring together aviation authorities, airlines, airport operators and owners, OEMs, aircraft lessors, MRO providers, training academies, suppliers and industry analysts.

The conference agenda reflects the rapid evolution of regional air transport markets. Core themes include air travel market outlook, trends and forecasts for Indonesia and ASEAN, aviation infrastructure development, and sustainable aviation fuel initiatives. Further discussions will focus on advanced air mobility opportunities, digital transformation of airline business models, next-generation aircraft, and broader green aviation and sustainability strategies.

Operational and technical subjects will also feature prominently, covering aviation safety and security, flight operations, passenger travel experiences and the changing MRO landscape. Sessions will address predictive maintenance, MRO digitalisation, ageing aircraft maintenance, aftermarket supply chains and emerging aviation technologies. Airport-related topics will explore aerocity developments in Asia, airport expansion and modernisation, intelligent airport concepts, as well as the application of biometrics, blockchain technology and augmented reality systems.

Human capital development remains a key pillar of the summit, with dedicated sessions on pilot, cabin crew and technician training, competence-based training frameworks, and the use of advanced technologies such as augmented, virtual and mixed reality in aviation training environments.

Indonesia Aero Summit 2026 invites industry stakeholders to participate as speakers and knowledge contributors. Organisers note that a sponsorship fee is required for vendor and supplier speakers.
