IHG Hotels & Resorts introduces Garner by IHG to Southeast Asia with the opening of Garner Hotel Pattaya Central, strengthening its midscale footprint on Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard.

IHG Hotels & Resorts has marked the Garner by IHG Southeast Asia debut with the opening of Garner Hotel Pattaya Central, introducing the brand’s relaxed, value-focused hospitality concept to Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard.

Brand entry into Southeast Asia

Officially opened on 17 December 2025, Garner Hotel Pattaya Central represents the first Garner by IHG property in Southeast Asia. The opening signals a strategic step in IHG Hotels & Resorts’ regional growth, bringing the brand’s ethos of “easy going stays that get you on your way” to one of Thailand’s most dynamic coastal destinations.

The property is approximately a two-hour drive from Bangkok, enhancing its accessibility for both domestic and international travellers.

Guest rooms at Garner Hotel Pattaya Central are designed for comfort and functionality, featuring soft bedding, branded bathroom amenities, work desks and fast, free Wi-Fi. Selected premium corner rooms provide additional space and natural light through panoramic windows.
