The island resort welcomes top jazz musicians for the final day of the festival
Kimpton Kitalay Samui is ready to swing and sway as it gears up for the grand finale of the 2024 Samui Summer Jazz Festival on 15 September.
Following two days of live performances at resorts across the island, the Grand Finale Jazz Brunch with Swinging Classics enables hotel guests and visiting music lovers to come together for a day of fine food and upbeat tunes.
Organised by SKÅL Koh Samui and supported by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), the 2024 Samui Summer Jazz Festival runs from September 13-15, 2024.
SKÅL Koh Samui president Jane Soergel said of the upcoming event: “We’re very happy to be partnering with the TAT in presenting this year’s jazz festival, it reinforces Samui’s reputation as a premier tourism destination with a calendar of top rate international events. It also benefits the local community through the substantial charitable donations to our partner Sisters on Samui (SOS) and their ‘Music in Schools’ initiative. Three local schools now have fully equipped marching bands and big bands through our donations of musical instruments.”

Festival director Alexander Beets leads a star-studded line-up of leading jazz artists, including Charlie Philips from the Netherlands, Fabio Lannino from Italy, Chukiat “Pui” Srisakul from Thailand, Jihee Heo from South Korea, and Miguel Rodrigues from Spain.
