Since joining Platinum Hotels by Sheltech in 2017, he has provided strategic and operational leadership at Platinum Grand in Banani and Platinum Residence in Uttara. His responsibilities have included improving business performance, strengthening service standards, enhancing guest experiences and developing hospitality professionals.

Platinum Residence by Sheltech also received the Leading City Hotel award in the category for properties with fewer than 40 rooms.

The 2026 edition of SATA brought together travel, tourism and hospitality professionals from Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, the Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka to recognise achievements across South Asia.
