Chef Jeng brings personality to the kitchen, with a menu that rewards sharing and exploring.
Try the bright Hamachi Orange, followed by a Spicy Tuna Roll and the more indulgent Salmon Foie Gras Nigiri followed by The Yukke Beef Crispy Nori Cone, before letting the meal move towards the charcoal grill with a selection of kushiyaki: chicken thigh and wing, smoked pork belly, tiger prawn, shiitake and asparagus.
For something richer, let the Miso Glazed Snowfish and Pork Ribs bring depth to the meal.
For dessert, Cookie Dough Skillet and Matcha Tiramisu moves between playful and refined.
The drinks are part of the experience as Torien’s rooftop concept is built around curated sake, highballs and Japanese-inspired cocktails, making it particularly suited to an early-evening visit.

Let the mood shift from rooftop Japanese sophistication to something more relaxed at Sunbird Bar, an open-air sanctuary beside the adult pool.
Dusk Til Dawn cocktail and Refresher Punch mocktail provide a pre-dinner pairing best enjoyed as the afternoon softens into sunset.
La Familiare: an Italian finale
For dinner at La Familiare, begin with a playful Mortadella Pillow, followed by Tuna Watermelon Tartare with Truffle, before moving into heartier dishes including Pizza Salami Burrata, Tagliatelle with Lamb Ragu and Branzino al Cartoccio. Let dessert be Tiramisù al Cucchiaio.
Quan Spa: where the pace changes
