Enhancing the Ramadan experience, renowned chefs from different countries have arrived at Amari Dhaka to present exquisite culinary masterpieces inspired by the grandeur of the Mughal era. Originating in the 16th-century Mughal Empire, Mughlai cuisine is celebrated for its luxurious and aromatic preparations, blending Central Asian, Persian, and Indian culinary traditions. This royal cuisine is distinguished by slow-cooked, richly textured dishes prepared with ghee, yogurt, and nuts, infused with fragrant spices such as saffron and cardamom, and accompanied by an array of succulent kebabs.
Mughlai style Iftar & Dinner Buffet will be available daily throughout Ramadan, while the Buffet Suhoor will be served every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Guests dining at Amaya Food Gallery can savor signature dishes such as Dum Biryani (Lucknowi/Hyderabadi), the crown jewel, featuring long-grained basmati rice layered with marinated meat and saffron, slow-cooked in a sealed pot, Shahi Vegetable Pulao aromatic rice with vegetables, dried fruits, and saffron, Mughlai Paratha a stuffed flatbread, often containing minced meat or egg, Sheermal, a slightly sweet, saffron-flavored leavened bread, Khamiri Roti a thick, leavened fermented bread. Moreover, Murgh Musallam: A showstopper dish featuring a whole chicken marinated in spices, often stuffed with eggs or rice, and cooked in a thick gravy. Moreover, Nalli Nihari, Chicken/Mutton Korma, Rogan Josh, Chicken Changezi, Mutton Chaap, Chicken Rezala and Desserts (Mithai) along with many other creations by expert culinary artists will be served on table.
Located on the 13th floor, Amaya Food Gallery offers an immersive dining experience featuring authentic kebabs by Indian chefs and a wide selection of mouth-watering international delicacies.
