Prendke brings more than 25 years of extensive experience in luxury hospitality to the role
Sirru Fen Fushi-Private Lagoon Resort in the Maldives’ Shaviyani Atoll announced that industry veteran Lukasz Prendke is its new general manager.
Bringing nearly three decades of experience in terms of Maldivian and global hospitality work, Prendke brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record that aligns seamlessly with the resort’s dedication to delivering an unparalleled guest journey.

In his new role, Prendke will lead the overall operations, performance, and strategic direction for Sirru Fen Fushi. With him at the helm, Sirru Fen Fushi-Private Lagoon Resort will remain committed to personalised experiences and heartfelt, intuitive service, with sustainability and a deep care and appreciation for its pristine island environment at its core.
Sterling credentials
Throughout his career, Prendke held key leadership roles in prestigious properties across Europe, South Asia, and the Far East, spanning brands from Soho House to AMAN.
Most recently, he served as the chief operating officer and general manager of Teardrop Boutique Management in Sri Lanka, where he successfully oversaw multiple luxury brands and led the company through pivotal rebranding initiatives.
He is also well-versed in the Maldives’ luxury hospitality landscape, previously holding the role of general manager at The Standard, Huruvalhi Maldives.
Likewise, his proficiency in multiple languages, including Chinese, English, Polish, and Russian, makes him well-suited to lead a resort that caters to a diverse international clientele.
