Ahead of the holy month of Ramadan, Platinum Hotels by Sheltech unveiled its Ramadan 2026 dining and hospitality arrangements at a Pre-Ramadan showcase held at Platinum Grand in Banani.
The event was attended by journalists, food writers, and invited guests, offering a preview of the Iftar and Dinner Buffets, Sehri services, rooftop dining options, takeaway menus, and nationwide catering facilities that will be available once Ramadan begins.
The Iftar & Dinner Buffet will be served daily at Platinum Grand and Platinum Residence. The buffet features Middle Eastern and Asian specialties including Hyderabadi Mutton Halim, grilled prawns, whole fish with chef’s special sauce, Dajaj Al Faham, Kabsa, and traditional Ramadan items. Desserts include Mahalabia, Umm Ali, assorted pastries, fresh juices, and unlimited ice cream.
At Platinum Grand, the buffet is priced at BDT 5,597 NETT (Buy 1 Get 2 Free) and BDT 3,998 NETT (Buy 1 Get 1 Free). At Platinum Residence, prices are BDT 4,497 NETT (Buy 1 Get 2 Free) and BDT 3,098 NETT (Buy 1 Get 1 Free).
Platinum Grand will also offer a Sehri Buffet during Ramadan at BDT 4,050 NETT (Buy 1 Get 2 Free) and BDT 2,800 NETT (Buy 1 Get 1 Free).
TRIBE Rooftop Lounge will introduce two Buy 1 Get 1 Free Iftar Set Menus priced at BDT 2,000 NETT and BDT 2,400 NETT.
Takeaway items will include Hyderabadi Mutton Halim, Zafrani Reshmi Jilapi, Chicken and Mutton Kabsa, and Doi Bora. Guests dining during Ramadan will also have a chance to win round-trip domestic air tickets.
Platinum Hotels will provide catering services for 50 to 30,000 guests nationwide, with Zizzi Banquet Hall at Platinum Grand offered complimentary for group bookings.
