The launching ceremony of the New Menu was held on 29 April, 2024 at Amaya Food Gallery where Food bloggers and renowned television channels were present. A food tasting session by the bloggers and media took place after the launching where guests sampled the exotic signature dishes which will be on offer from now onwards.

Chefs are culinary artists from different counties who will be presenting the new delicacies at the Food Gallery. Guests coming to dine will be able to enjoy authentic dishes such as Tomkha Chicken soup, Chicken Panag Curry, Padthai noodles, Prawn Yasai curry, different rolls, Nigri, Lungfung Eggdrop soup, Kungpao Chicken. Shanghai Chilli Prawn, Rajma Galouti kebab, Paneer Sofiyani Tikka, Shabnami seekh kebab, Chicken kalmi kebab, Jhelum di Maachli kebab, Najuk Kofta curry, Nalli Nihari Gosth, Murg bemisal, Macher Paturi, Chingri Malai curry, Grill fish in pesto sauce, Mongolian Counter and many other juicy kebabs will be on offer! Delicious lucrative desserts will be presented by our Chefs in different corner.
The grand cuisine will only be available during dinner and the buffet is priced at Tk 7999 net at E3P1 offers from selective bank partners. In the Theme night the guests can take advantage of and can enjoy the one of a kind spread. Amaya is also offering a set Lunch menu of Oriental, Mughal, Bengal, Continental style for 2pax at 2100 net. Group dinning is also available till 25pax upon reservation, as for private dinning Amaya has arrangements with new look at terrace with city view.
