Freedomverse announced the official kickoff of its innovative travel and lifestyle campaign, Discover Thailand, in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). This initiative offers unique and rewarding traveling experiences through gamification and engaging tools, marking a significant advancement in blending cutting-edge technology with immersive tourism. Travelers can get engaged—whether first-time visitors or seasoned. Discover Thailand acts as a guide for travelers to discover merchants, activities, and destinations with an interactive map and a series of missions to complete and win Freedom Shards (FDS) points to be redeemed for merchandise.
Travelers may start by downloading the Freedom World app and exploring a series of missions that transform their travels into rewarding adventures:
- Invite Friends: Share the Discover Thailand experience and earn Freedom Shards (Freedom Shards) credits when friends make their first purchase at participating merchants.
- Shop & Spend: Accumulate Freedom Shards credits by purchasing tickets or spending at participating merchants through the Discover Thailand app.
- First-time Purchaser: Start earning Freedom Shards credits with the first purchase, whether through the app or directly at participating merchants.
- Ride & Redeem: Book ferries with Raja Ferry, rent cars with Thai Rent a Car or Asap Car Rental, or book taxis with SmackOne that are located at Samui International Airport. Purchase deals through the app to collect Freedom Shards credits.
- Landmark Explorer: Discover must-see landmarks on each island. Complete at least five transactions at participating merchants using the app or directly, to earn Freedom Shards credits.
- Adventure Series: Enhance the travel experience by purchasing adventure packages through the app to earn additional Freedom Shards credits.
- Sip & Chill: Enjoy beach clubs and bars. Spend using the app or directly at participating merchants to earn Freedom Shards credits and win prizes.
- Relax & Unwind: Purchase wellness activity tickets from the app or directly from merchants to earn Freedom Shards credits and unwind in style.
- Island Dining: Visit participating restaurants and cafes and pay with the app or directly to earn Freedom Shards credits. Enjoy various dining promotions as part of the Island Dining Mission.
