The Westin Dhaka, in partnership with Prime Bank PLC, presents International Kebab Festival, an immersive culinary experience celebrating the rich heritage, distinctive flavours and craftsmanship of kebabs from around the world. The festival will be held from 23 September to 3 October 2026 at Seasonal Tastes, located on Level 2 of The Westin Dhaka, Gulshan 2.
The festival was inaugurated on 23 September 2026 in the presence of H.E. Ms. Lalla Bouthaina El Kerdoudi El Koulali, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Bangladesh, Mr. Rashed Al-Mail Al-Zaabi, Director of the Foreign Aid Office, Embassy of the United Arab Emirates,Ms. Shaila Abedin, Head of Liability & Women Banking ,Prime Bank PLC, Mr. Md. Shakawath Hossain, Chief Executive Officer, Unique Hotel & Resorts PLC, Mr. Gary Farstad, General Manager, and Mr. Mamunur Rahman Shumon, Director of Sales & Marketing, The Westin Dhaka and Sheraton Dhaka, alongside the culinary team, media representatives and The Westin Dhaka’s senior leaders. The celebration began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by a curated tasting experience featuring selections from the festival.
Led by our Executive Chef Swapan Rozario and the culinary team, the festival brings together an extensive selection of kebabs inspired by culinary traditions across continents.
An Extraordinary Culinary Journey of Fire, Flavour & Global Kebab Craft At the Westin Dhaka, the world of kebabs comes alive in an exquisite celebration of authentic flavours, masterful grilling and international culinary artistry. The menu celebrates an exceptional selection of regional favourites, including Spicy Dhakaiya Sutli Kebab, Beef Bihari Kebab, Lahori Seekh Kebab, Hyderabadi Seekh Kebab, Fish Hariyali Kebab, and Peri Peri Chicken Kebab. For guests seeking distinctive charcoal-grilled specialties, the selection features Charcoal Lobster Kebab, Charcoal Naga Beef Kebab, Tandoori Crab Kebab, and Rib Set Kebab, each showcasing the rich aroma and authentic character of live-fire cooking. The international journey continues with celebrated kebabs from around the world, including Afghan Kabuli Lamb Kebab, Afghan Lamb Chop Kebab, Greek Chicken Souvlaki, and Brazilian Espetinho—bringing together diverse culinary traditions in one extraordinary five-star kebab experience.
The festival is available exclusively for dinner and is priced at BDT 9,450 net per person.
