Dinner in honor of the National Defence College (NDC) was recently hosted by Mr. Mostafa Quamrus Sobhan, Honorary Consul of Uruguay in Bangladesh, at Days Hotel Dhaka. Distinguished guests attended the event to celebrate the occasion.
