Chef Graziosi, has started his career at a very early age in one of the very first high end fusion restaurant in Milano almost 20 years ago. Since the over 15 years of professional hands on experiences Chef Graziosi has been managing and developing food and beverage production in various 5 Star hotels and resorts placed Italy, Thailand, Malaysia, Maldives . He has worked in many five star hotels like Saii Lagoon Maldives, Crossroads Maldives, Café’ del Mar, Maldives, Ristorante Casiono’ Garone Riviera, Italia; Jumerah Vittaveli Maldives Resort; Anantara Dighu Maldives Resort; Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur; Le Meridien Khao Lak Beach and Spa resort, Thailand; Anantara Hoian Resort. His recent assignment was in Saii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton as Executive Chef.
Graziosi’s career proceeds in few other free standing restaurants of various kinds between Milano and north Europe for a few years, while experiencing different types of operation from rustic “home cooking” style to very high end Michelin stars kinds of restaurant, he achieved a cluster knowledge of the various sections of the kitchen. This young and energetic culinary master loves to travel the world and discover different cultures. According to Graziosi his greater strength is teaching and sharing culinary knowledge.
