Thick water all around. Pichdhala path flows through the middle. Seeing the bird’s eye, it seems that Alpana is painted in water. Such is the beautiful Allwaydar road built in three haors of Kishoreganj.

At one time boats were the only means of transportation for the people of Haor.
The three upazilas of Kishoreganj, Itna, Mithamin and Ashtagram were far away and local road communication was difficult.
Now the day has changed. Along with the boat, the car is also running on the back road. Built across the bosom of the haor, the visually pleasing 30 km paved road. There are 14 bridges, 72 culverts and 36 irrigation channels. The entire project has cost Tk 74 crore.
Improving the communication system has had a positive impact on the rural economy. At the same time, there is a huge potential for tourism. Crowds are also traveling.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will formally inaugurate the road in a video conference on Thursday.
