Parades, outdoor concerts and other Big Apple summertime mainstays will be a no-go for the next three months, Mayor de Blasio announced Thursday.

The city is putting the nix on large events that require a city permit to further limit the spread of coronavirus and to encourage people to spend their money at the restaurants and other storefront businesses that have suffered during the pandemic, said a city official familiar with the plan.
