Annual General Meeting of Agrabad Hotel Limited

The annual general meeting of the Agrabad Hotels Limited (AGM) was held on Monday at the Crystal Ballroom of Hotel Agrabad. Chairman ABM Shahjahan, CEO HM Hakim Ali, Finance Director Yasmin Sabdar Ali FCA, Director ABM Selim, Director Irad Ali, Director Ali Kaies were present.
In the presence of a significant number of shareholders, the audited financial reports were presented for the year ended June 27, 2019. The shareholders unanimously approved the audited financial reports at the annual general meeting.
