Stepping into the 48th year of Independence, Bangladesh has prided itself on its struggle for freedom which was achieved in 1971. After the long war ended a free and independent nation of Bangladesh emerged on the 16th of December, 1971. To commemorate Victory Day, Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden will celebrate the special occasion with a Poolside dinner buffet for the guests.
Buffet features will consist of traditional Bangla cuisine specially prepared by the hotel’s highly experienced culinary team. Local delicacies such as the spicy Fuchka, mouthwatering traditional Beef Bhuna, Chicken Achari, Mutton Biryani and lots of other Bengali palatable dishes.
Guests will also relish the hotel’s famous live barbeque. Sizzling King Sized Prawns with Grilled Chicken and fresh Skewered Seafood to warm up the chilly winds of winter.
Dessert station will include the famous Chamcham, creamy Patishapta, sweet Bhapa Pitha, Fuljori Pitha, traditional Golap Jam, sugary Roshgolla and many more delectable Bengali sweet dishes.
The highlights of the Poolside Victory Day buffet will include live presentations of documentary series based on the War of Liberation along with live Bangla music to complement the theme. The poolside will be decorated with the colors of the Bangladeshi flag, green and red, to add the patriotic fervor to the evening.
The ‘Colors of Victory’ dinner buffet will take place on 16th December, 2019 at the Poolside from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
