Inspired by the rich traditions of Arabia, the hotel is embracing the root of the Arabian heritage, welcoming guests with the aroma of fine cuisines and a delightful Arabian ambiance. This event will be a treat for food lovers and culture enthusiasts alike. A grand 4 courseArabian dinner will be present for the guests to enjoy starting with Hummus Bil Laham, Fattoush, Cheese Sambusek, and Arabian Seafood Soup served with fresh lemon wedges and Croutons. Then moving to the main course, there will be a selection of exclusive Arabian Kebabs as well as specialty dishes such as Chicken Shish Taouk, Adana Kebab, Australian Lamb Chop, which will be served with Saffron rice, Tushka, Grilled Tomato and Capsicum, Garlic Mayonnaise and Harissa Sauce. Accompanying these grand dishes will be an assortment of delicious Arabian desserts such as Om Ali.
